2 Cups brown rice
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Tomatoes, chopped
6 Baby marrow, chopped
1/2 Red onion, chopped
1 Red sweet bell pepper, chopped
1/4 Cup fresh flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
Boil the rice with a little salt as per normal.
In the mean time, chop all of the vegetables and store until the rice is ready.
When the rice is perfectly cooked, combine well with the chopped vegetables and parsley.
Add Tabasco to your taste preference.
